The Fuego con Amor workout focuses on completing drills to practice form, hand positions, and increasing levels of power.
The third skill-building workout focusing on developing the proper form in 2nd and 3rd position while adding power (cadence + resistance). Riders are challenged to keep their hips settled while increasing cadence when seated in 1st position.
Second skill building class designed to create fire and build endurance and speed.
This class is focused on transitioning between classes taught by a prior instructor to a new style and new music. This is the first of six weeks of skill building classes. Give form cues and focus on form in each position for each class in the next 6 weeks.
